True Marketing Tools is a marketing management application operated by True Culture Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida-based marketing agency headquartered in Jacksonville, FL.

By accessing or using True Marketing Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

True Marketing Tools is an internal marketing management platform that enables authorized users to manage social media accounts, schedule and publish content, monitor analytics, and perform marketing operations on behalf of clients of True Culture Marketing LLC.

The Service is intended for use by employees, contractors, and authorized representatives of True Culture Marketing LLC and its clients. Access is granted on a per-account basis and may be revoked at any time.

  • You agree not to misuse, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google services. Your use of these platforms through our Service is also subject to their respective terms of service and policies.

6. Content Ownership

Content created, uploaded, or published through the Service remains the property of the respective content owner (client or agency). We do not claim ownership over any user-generated content.

7. Data Handling

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. True Culture Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
